Phase 2 – a mix of 97 apartments, duplexes and houses
Repton Court is an exciting new development in Barkingside, Redbridge. Working with the London Borough of Redbridge, we have taken over the existing estate via a Small Scale Voluntary Transfer, working with the residents of the estate throughout the regeneration process. Phase 1 completed in early 2016 and was made up of 53 one, two and three bedroomed apartments, each with its own private balcony and entirely affordable housing, including homes for the existing residents who moved out of their outdated homes and in to the new modern and larger properties overlooking the park.

Our in-house contractor NU living, started work on the second phase early in 2016 and the £17 million build programme delivered its first private sale home in November 2017. The whole scheme is due to complete in early 2018. The second phase will deliver 97 units in total, with a mix of apartments, duplexes and houses available for affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale.
