Part of the Bow Cross Estate Regeneration scheme 0.2miles away from Zone 2 DLR station Bow Church. Arguably the most challenging project that the NU Living team has completed to date this project centred around delivering not just an exemplary homes but an exemplary community. Which has changed dramatically throughout the construction phase. Now nearing completion the development has been awarded by a range of construction bodies. The most recent being best development 10years on from the Mayor of London Boris Johnson & LABC Warranty awarding the development in the best large multi-storey development category at the 2015 LABC Awards. The last block Mallard Point was a 1960's high-rise RC frame refurbishment the largest of it's kind in East London. This presented it's own engineering challenges the 93 unit tower block has been upgraded with a newly constructed infrastructure served by a lit footbridge & underground carpark. Internal upgrades included introducing a new concierge reception area, & adding internal residents storage, coupled with our high standard of finished to Platinum & Gold spec standards.
