Step inside an amazing £300 million transformation of one of London’s most exciting areas, including a vibrant collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments; boasting sustainable modern living and impressive designs.

The Blackwall Reach Regeneration project is a partnership between the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and Swan Housing Association as its development partner. The scheme is in its second and third phases of development, having completed the first half of the first phase, nearly 100 units, in 2016.

Our current phase of the scheme delivers 242 new homes, 200 for private sale, 6 for shared ownership and 36 for social rent, as well has nine commercial units. This phase also includes significant public realm improvements with the creation of a new square around Blackwall DLR station.

Consisting of three buildings between 10 and 24 storeys in height, the scheme created a key link to the wider Blackwall Reach masterplan to the North. Sales were launched off-plan in February 2017.

Our newest phase of the Blackwall Reach scheme known as Parkside West, launching in June of 2021 will bring in over 268 new apartments to the area with 154 for private sale, 15 for shared ownership and 99 for social rent throughout three blocks. All apartments will have exclusive access to the Millennium Green offering lush green space exclusively for residents building on the areas current amenities that residents have access to now.

The brand new and refurbished Blackwall Reach Marketing Suite is set to re-open in June after its transformation to mark the opening of Parkside West.

Parkside West will launch on the 26th and 27th of June.
