Watts Grove Update 10.02.21

The operation to remove the collapsed crane from Watts Grove was successfully completed in late December 2020.

Swan’s specialist contractor, Keltbray, concluded their site works to achieve this, on Friday 29 January 2021.

The apartment blocks on Gale Street and Watts Grove, together with houses in Compton Close properties which were affected by the crane collapse, have been returned to their owners.

Swan Commercial Services (SCS) have resumed control and responsibility for the Watts Grove development site.

The investigation into the cause of the crane collapse is ongoing.  Swan Housing Association will continue to support the Police and the Health & Safety Executive fully with their enquiries.
