Watts Grove – Crane Collapse Incident Update 19.11.20

Following the collapse of the crane at Watts Grove on the 8 July 2020 Swan Housing Association appointed specialist contractor, Keltbray, to undertake the task of removing the crane. 

This is a highly complex process and Keltbray are progressing the works in a safe and controlled manner, to ensure minimal disruption to the residents and businesses in the local area.

Swan and Keltbray continue to assist the investigating authorities, particularly around safe access to retrieve evidence and any other requests they may have to support the thorough investigation of this tragic incident.

Swan are continuing to work collaboratively with the local authority and key stakeholders to ensure that residents and the local community are provided with regular updates on the progress of this work.
