The Cordage Works Show Apartment is here!

Lots of work has been taking place behind the scenes at Cordage Works in the run up to the launch of our brand new Show Home and Sales Office, and we are pleased to announce that the wait is finally over!

The brave and bold new show apartment, which portrays the East London lifestyle and energy that so prominent in Walthamstow, was designed by Artspace who shared:

“Our design for the Cordage Works apartment is eclectic and colourful! We wanted to create a memorable interior with bold artwork, punches of cobalt blue, and quirky, locally sourced one-off pieces. We have paired these elements with green tones and spicy hues, along with natural woods and lots of greenery to ensure a warm and welcoming feel”.

Saturday 28th May saw a fully booked day of appointments with prospective buyers, where we received some fantastic feedback and many compliments about the overall design, layout and specification:

“I love it! Love the wallpaper on the ceiling and the little touches like vintage cameras on the wall.”

“Really like the kitchens, very modern and refreshingly different. Great feeling and design when you enter the hallway that continues throughout.”

“Modern look throughout, love the art which makes such an impact. The headboard in the bedroom is so lush, I love the fabric.”
