Swan / NU living shortlisted in two categories at the Offsite Construction Awards!

Swan /NU living have been shortlisted in two categories at the Offsite Construction Awards. The first is in the category of best Housing Project of the Year for our multi award winning regeneration at Beechwood West in Basildon, Essex and the second for Best Use of Volumetric Technology for our NU build modular factory. 

The Offsite Construction Awards celebrate the best in precision building design and delivery and reward outstanding examples of prefabrication and factory-based methods, products, systems and disciplines that increasingly strive to develop a sustainable, streamlined and cost-effective way to deliver a better built environment.

Swan are thrilled to be shortlisted in both categories and we look forward to the awards ceremony which takes place on 5 March 2019.
