Swan & NU living at LREF 2017!

We are delighted to announce that Swan Group will be taking an active role in this year’s London Real Estate Forum from 13-15 June 2017. LREF is the premier event for real estate in London bringing together over 2,000 developers, investors, retailers and senior policy-makers for two days of debate, discussion and networking.

Swan Housing Association, together with NU living our in-house developer, will be exhibiting in the Opportunity London stand which will focus on major regeneration and investment opportunities in Zones 3-6. This is a great fit for Swan, with our focus on regeneration in East London and Essex.

Our team will be taking an active role in the exhibition programme including:Staff and residents taking part in the Community Open Day on Tuesday 13 June – contributing to a variety of activities around how local communities can get involved in regenerationShowcasing our 360 Barking regeneration by giving development briefings at our interactive 360 Barking model in the Opportunity London stand on Wednesday and ThursdayGeoff Pearce, our Executive Director of Regeneration and Development as a panellist at the Housing Delivery Insight Seminar on Thursday

The focus this year in the Opportunity London Stand on the regeneration of East London gives us a fantastic chance to promote the range of exciting projects we are working on with our Borough and GLA partners. Our team will be showcasing projects such as 360 Barking which will make a significant contribution to the regeneration of Barking Town Centre, by creating four iconic circular towers and bringing stylish new homes and creative space to Barking, designed by award winning architects and built by NU living.

Our team will also be sharing the latest news on our Modular Housing Factory and I am looking forward to taking part in the Housing Delivery Seminar on Thursday – looking at ways we can deliver more high quality homes, more quickly using modern methods of construction. We are looking forward to meeting many of our partners there”.
