Last night, business leaders and their teams from across the UK descended upon the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For awards ceremony, to find out which companies had made the prestigious Best Companies lists.

We are delighted to announce that NU living, part of the Swan Housing Group, has been recognised by the Sunday Times Top 100 for the second year running, as one of the Best Not-For-Profit Companies to work for in the UK and we are delighted with this result.

The grading is awarded based on results from staff surveys that measure engagement. It helps us to understand how our Staff feel about their work and uncovers opportunities for improvement, thus creating a stronger, happier and more productive workforce.
