Phase 1 Launches at Repton Court

Repton Court regeneration partners, Swan Housing Association and the London Borough of Redbridge, today celebrated the formal launch of Phase 1 of the exciting regeneration project, which will double the number of homes on the estate. Local councillors and residents were invited to seal a time capsule which contained messages which will be opened in the future by residents living on the estate. The capsule will be sealed into Phase 2 of the regeneration.

Phase 1, launched today, contains 53 one, two and three bedroom flats and duplexes. The majority of new residents have moved from Repton Court and Claire House as part of the decant process. We have already started work on Phase 2 which will deliver a further 97 homes including a mix of houses (2, 3 and 4 bedroom) and flats (1 and 2 bedroom) and 3 bedroom duplexes with roof gardens overlooking the park which will be built by NU living.
