Parkside West & Cordage Works Move In’s Begin

We’ve had a busy week at NU living with both our Parkside West and Cordage Works developments welcoming the first buyers into their new homes.

Our Cordage Works development completed last Friday with excited purchasers booking their key collection and move in slots over the next few weeks. Our Sales team have done a wonderful job of getting everything organised and ensuring customers are given a home demo prior to their move in.

Cordage Works is a selection of 28 homes in Walthamstow, a 10-minute walk from Blackhorse Road station. With 75% of home now sold, only a select number of two bedroom apartments are still available. Click here to view our available homes.

But that’s not all! The first block at Parkside West, Wayfare House, was handed over last week too with home demo tours and move ins have started this week. This is the second phase of homes at our wider Blackwall Reach development, directly opposite the Blackwall DLR station. Parkside West is made up of four blocks around one half of the reinvigorated Millennium Green creating rare, Parkside homes.
