NU living Highly Commended at The Bricks awards for Multi-Storey Development of the Year!

NU living was delighted to win the Highly Commended award for Multi-Storey Development of the Year for Mallard Point in Bow.

The 24-storey tower is a unique development for NU living, as it represents the final chapter in the award-winning renovation of the three iconic apartment blocks on the former Crossways Estate.

NU living was responsible for the refurbishment of the final tower, Bellevue Bow – a large-scale, unique project which significantly raised all homes on the estate to a decent, modern standard, adding 30 years to the expected life-span of the three iconic tower blocks.

The Bricks event took place at One Embankment in Central London on Thursday 15th October, hosted by TV star Alexander Armstrong. As these awards have developed, LABC Warranty has seen build standards improve, and are delighted with the quality of contenders nominated in 2015. With over 3000 eligible sites, it is a great achievement to have been shortlisted to one of the 30 finalists who attended the exclusive award ceremony in London.
