NU living announced as finalists in The Bricks!

The Bricks recognises and rewards the hard work of registered developers and contractors who go the extra mile, regardless of size, to deliver quality construction and design. The LABC judges and regional managers have been reviewing all of the nominated sites over the past few months and we are delighted to announce that Bellevue, Bow (Mallard Point) has made it to the finals in the category of Multi-Storey Development of the Year!

What the judges are looking for:

• High standards of technical competency and build quality
• Consistency and quality of work evident across all trades and build stages
• Site and project managers should demonstrate a high level of organisational skills
• Well planned sequence of work
• Good safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and tidy site
• Choosing not to accept ‘second best’

LABC have seen the standards improve year on year despite challenges facing the construction industry. The recognition associated with an LABC Warranty award, positions developers and contractors at the forefront of building excellence.

So we look forward to the winners in each category being announced on 15th October.
