Marketing Suites remain open in line with government guidelines

In line with the latest regulations, our Marketing Suites will remain open on an appointment basis only throughout this lockdown period. We have implemented all necessary precautionary measures in order to ensure the safety of our visitors, colleagues and communities we operate within.

Some of the measures that we have put into place are:

• Visitors should avoid touching areas of the Marketing Suites unless necessary.
• NU living properties will have an NHS “Track and Trace” QR code displayed on the entrance doors, which visitors should scan and complete before the viewing can begin.
• Face coverings are mandatory and must be worn throughout the while viewing.
• Hand gel and antibacterial products are provided on site for visitors to use upon entrance on to Marketing Suites.
• All visitors must keep their distances, staying 2 meters apart from our Sales Negotiators.
• Every Marketing Suite is cleaned after each viewing and deep cleans take place regularly.

We also offer interactive video tours of our show homes to those who, for any reasons, might prefer to not leave the safety and comfort of their homes.
