London Home Show – Spring 2022

As we see the first signs of Spring, this weekend saw the first of this years London Home Shows at the Queen Elizabeth II centre. The snow had cleared making way for a beautifully sunny day, as excited prospective purchasers came to learn more about buying a home as well as meet all those exhibiting their new homes & services.

We were delighted to be in attendance with 5 smiling members of the Sales & Marketing team raring to tell customers about our latest developments: Cordage Works and Parkside West as well as register interest for the next release of properties for firm favourite, Beechwood. With a range of Shared Ownership, Help to Buy & Private Sale properties, we had all home ownership options available.

In addition to the valuable information shared we also had a wonderful selection of NU living branded goodies for customers to take away and remember us when thinking of their new home buying journey.

The day was incredibly busy with over 3,500 attendees showing that interest in new homes is as strong as ever. Ask the Experts and First Time Buyer workshops were available to attendees throughout the day with thousands of attendees leaving the event with a much greater understanding of their options and optimism that they can achieve their ambitions to get on the property ladder with affordable home ownership options.

We registered a number of interested customers as well as book viewings to see our wonderful show properties, we cannot wait to see some familiar faces again.
