Introducing The Avenue House at Beechwood

The 29th February only comes once every four years, so we were saving something special for the occasion.

Last Saturday we launched The Avenue show home at Beechwood. The Avenue is the newest addition to our Beechwood development and offers even more choice of either a detached, or semi-detached home. 

All homes are complimented with two off-street car parking spaces and private garden. You can hand pick exactly how you would like your new home using our configurator either online or in our marketing suite, which means you can swap and change the layout and specification to suit your needs and desires!

On the day, despite yet another storm, we had a delightful day showing around a number of excited customers who fully embraced the Beechwood experience. We also welcomed a number of existing purchasers who were keen to see the new house type and how it compared with the Park Corner or Terrace they have already purchased. Everyone was incredibly complimentary and went away with the Beechwood buzz.

We were fully booked with appointments on our launch day, so extended our launch over the Sunday and Monday as well, so no one missed out.

One lucky customer from over the weekend will win our foosball table, that we used to showcase how much space these homes provide, particularly if you opt for the extension.
