Help to Buy Launch at Parkside West

On Saturday 22nd January we held a dedicated event for the launch of Help to Buy at Parkside West, exclusively for First Time Buyers looking to start their first home adventure.

In addition to our dedicated team of sales negotiators who could give a tour of the development and our show apartments, we also had expert advice from independent financial advisors. Any questions were answered in addition to learning more about Parkside living in the spacious, modern apartments.

The event was very well received from all our customers who attended. It was a busy day as we were fully booked with a number of offers and reservations made on our beautiful selection of one and two bedroom apartments.

Help to Buy allows purchasers to step onto the property ladder with just a 5% deposit, and provides eligible buyers with an an equity loan (also known as shared equity) of up to 40% of the value of a new build home.
