First VIP tour of our NU build factory

We were thrilled to welcome a cohort of dignitaries to our NU build factory recently to show them our new modular homes on site at Beechwood.

The guests, including MP for Basildon Stephen Metcalfe, were treated to a tour of the inside of the factory, as our Executive Director of Regeneration and Development Geoff Pearce and Production Engineer Simon Ward showed them how we intend to produce up to 400 modular homes per year from the facility.

The guests were thoroughly impressed with our plans and by the end of the tour, the group were excited to see the new modular homes up close as they were then taken over to the Beechwood site to look around the three show homes and the fabulous Marketing Suite.

Linda Faucher, NU living’s Sales and Marketing Director, as well as her Sales team welcomed the VIP’s to the Marketing Suite where they showcased the ‘configurator’ which offers buyers of some of our modular homes the opportunity to customise them – adding additional rooms, changing the room layout and choosing interior and exterior finishes.
