Stamp duty holiday announced – what this could mean to your new home dreams!

Stamp Duty under £500,000 has been removed until 31st March 2021, saving those buying a new home up to £15,000. 

The chancellor Rishi Sunak announced a major stamp duty cut in July, creating more urgency in what has already become an active property market. 

The Stamp Duty holiday starts immediately and will run until 31st March 2021.
