At NU living we are proud to help make a difference to people's lives and communities throughout Essex and East London. Recently this was extended further than normal…..8,157 miles to be exact, all the way to a secondary school in Palmeira village, Manhica District, in Mozambique.
Swan/NU living took to the water on August 1st and battled against the fierce waters of the Thames, navigating through bridges and veering past boats and barges. The 8.5mile row started at Battersea, past the Houses of Parliament, through the centre of London and under Tower Bridge, finishing at The AHOY Centre in Greenwich.
