Our Accreditations

  • ISO 14001 Environmental Management System

    Swan Housing Association is accredited to ISO 14001, which recognises that we have a robust Environmental Management System. We are committed to sustainable development and recognise that we are responsible for minimising the environmental impacts that arise from the delivery of our services and activities.

  • BOPAS

    We hold the The Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS) accreditation. This is awarded following a risk based evaluation which demonstrates to funders, lenders, valuers and purchasers that homes built from non-traditional methods and materials will stand the test of time for at least 60 years.
